We build clean, fast, conversion-focused websites for UK consultants, GPs, and clinics. Specialist, not generalist — you don't have to teach us what a private practice needs. Launch in two weeks. Fixed pricing. No hidden retainers.
We don't try to be a full-stack agency. We do three things well, and they're the three things a private medical practice actually needs to launch its digital presence.
A clean, fast, mobile-first site that introduces you, lists your services, makes you findable on Google, and converts visitors into bookings. Built on platforms you can update yourself if you want to.
The path from "found you on Google" to "appointment in the diary." We integrate the booking software you already use (or recommend one), set up the enquiry forms, and connect them to your email and calendar.
Domain, email on your domain, Google Business Profile, basic SEO, GDPR-compliant cookie banner, privacy policy. The unglamorous infrastructure that has to be right before anything else works.
Most agencies don't. They ask what GMC means. They draft copy that calls patients "customers." They put a stock photo of a stethoscope on the home page and bill you for the privilege.
We work exclusively with UK private medical practices. The clinical regulators, the booking software, the referral pathways, the tone of voice your patients expect — we already know all of it. You spend your time being a doctor, not teaching a web designer how medicine works.
We know which body regulates which clinician, what registration numbers go where, and what claims you're allowed to make on a public website.
Already integrated, already configured. Plus the booking widgets that come with Doctify, Top Doctors, and Google Business Profile.
We know what insurer-recognised means, where it goes on the page, and which insurers your patients are likely to be looking for first.
The site needs to work for self-paying patients and for referring GPs. We design the architecture so neither audience confuses the other.
Privacy policy tailored to your data flows. Cookie banner that actually complies. Advertising claims kept inside what the ASA permits for medical services.
The register your patients trust — informed, calm, specific. Not the breathless tone of a generalist marketing agency that's confused you with a dentist.
Because medical practices don't have time to negotiate scope creep with an agency. Pick a package, pay a fixed price, launch on schedule.
Tell us about your practice in the form below. We'll come back within one working day with a recommended package and an honest read on whether we're the right fit.

Three core packages built around what UK private medical practices actually need. All prices include design, build, launch, and the digital basics. Below the packages: everything else we can add — content, SEO, ongoing care, the work that comes after launch.
The packages above cover the work most practices need. Below is everything we can add — content, SEO, ongoing care, and the work that comes after launch. Quoted on scope when you brief us.
Clinical-register copy for service pages, condition pages, and the "about" — written by someone who's read your brief, not a content mill.
Half-day on-site shoot. Consultants, rooms, reception, the building. Edited and ready for the site within a week.
For a new practice or a refresh. Wordmark, colour palette, type system, simple guidelines document. Designed to age well.
Condition-led explainer pages and downloadable guides — the kind of resource that turns a website into a referrer's first port of call.
The terms patients actually search for in your specialty and area, mapped against what your competitors are ranking for, with a plan you can actually execute.
Google Business Profile optimisation, local citations, structured data for medical practices, and the technical work to rank for "[specialty] [town]" searches.
Quarterly cycles of condition pages, FAQ expansion, and resource articles, briefed on real search demand and reviewed for clinical accuracy by you.
The post-appointment flow that gets your happy patients onto Google, Doctify, or Top Doctors. Set up once, runs itself.
Three months in, we look at what's working: enquiry-to-booking ratio, page paths, drop-off points. Recommendations and the build work to fix them.
For sites that are slowing down, or that need to compete in a fast-moving local market. Targeted work to get every page green on Google's metrics.
Full WCAG 2.2 AA pass. Useful for practices contracting with NHS bodies, working with vulnerable patient groups, or simply taking inclusion seriously.
Dedicated pathways for referring GPs and other consultants — separate from the patient-facing site, designed to make referrals one click long.
We host, monitor, patch, and keep the site running. Includes small content changes within reason — opening hours, fees, new news posts.
Once a year, we go through the site and bring it back to current — copy, images, design details, performance. So it doesn't drift into looking five years old.
For practices that don't want a maintenance plan. Email us, we make the change, we bill the time. No retainer, no minimum.
A second-language version of the site for practices serving specific patient communities — Arabic, Mandarin, Polish, or others on request.
Most clients launch in two to three weeks from kick-off. Here's exactly what happens between you sending the form and your site going live.
You tell us about your practice, your patients, what you want the site to do, what you absolutely don't want it to do. We listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly which package fits and what's realistic.
By the end of the call you have a written quote, a proposed timeline, and a yes/no on whether to proceed. No pressure, no follow-up sales calls.
You send us the things we need: copy you've already got (or we write it), photos (or we organise a shoot), domain details, booking software credentials, brand colours and logo if you have them. We send you a structured brief document confirming what we're building, what's in scope, and what's not.
You sign the brief and pay 50% deposit. We start work the next morning.
Design and build happen in parallel. By the end of week one you'll see a working preview link with the site about 70% built — visual design, layout, all the structural elements in place. You give feedback. We refine.
By end of week two for the Starter, end of week three for the Practice, the site is feature-complete.
You go through the site in detail, on every device, and send us a single consolidated list of changes. We make those changes within two working days. One round of revisions on the Starter, two on the Practice.
Once you're happy, we run our launch checklist: SEO, analytics, privacy, cookies, performance, accessibility, mobile.
We point the domain, switch on the booking integration, and submit the site to Google. You pay the remaining 50%. The site is yours — you own the domain, the design, the code, and you have admin access to update content yourself.
If you've added the maintenance plan, we keep watching and updating. If you haven't, you can ask us back any time on hourly rates.
Send us the form and we'll come back within one working day with a recommended package and a kick-off date.
Start your project →The questions we get asked most often. If yours isn't here, send us the form — we'll answer it within one working day and add it to the list.
The Starter package is two weeks from brief signed to live site. The Practice package is three weeks. The Group package is four to six weeks depending on scope.
We meet our timelines because we keep scope tight. If a project is going to slip, you'll know about it in the first week, not the last.
Yes. You own the domain, the design, the code, and the content. We don't keep you locked into our hosting or our maintenance — you can take the site somewhere else any time you want.
This isn't normal in the agency world. A lot of agencies build sites you don't really own, on platforms only they can access, so you need them forever. We don't do that.
We work with whatever you already use, or we recommend one. The most common are Cliniko, Semble, and Heydoc for clinical practices, plus the booking widgets that come with Google Business Profile. We've integrated all of them.
If you don't have booking software yet, we'll recommend the one that fits your specialty and your patient volume, and we'll set it up as part of the build.
Optional. Our maintenance plan is £40/month or £420/year and covers hosting, updates, security patches, monitoring, and small content changes (under 30 minutes per month).
If you don't want a recurring plan, you don't need one. The site will keep running. When you need updates, you can either do them yourself through the admin panel, or ask us back at £90/hour.
Yes. We build on platforms with friendly admin interfaces — usually Webflow or WordPress — and we leave you with admin access and a short video walking through how to make common changes (add a new news post, update opening hours, change a service description).
If you'd rather not, that's fine too. The maintenance plan covers small ongoing changes.
Every package includes the SEO basics — proper page structure, meta data, schema markup, fast loading, mobile-first, Google Search Console submission. That's enough for most private practices to be findable for their name and their specialty in their local area.
For practices that want to compete on broader keywords (e.g. "private dermatologist London"), the Group package includes a content strategy, and we run ongoing SEO programmes as a quarterly engagement.
Yes. Every site we build ships with a UK GDPR-compliant privacy policy, a PECR-compliant cookie banner with proper consent management, and the documentation you'd need for an ICO enquiry. The privacy policy is tailored to your specific data flows — what you collect, where it goes, how long you keep it.
We can write copy for you (£180 per page) or organise a half-day photoshoot at your practice (£480). Both are common add-ons. Most clients write their own copy and supply their own photos — but if you'd rather not, we've got it covered.
We're a web design business, not a regulated medical, financial, or legal advisor. We don't write clinical content for you — we'll lay it out cleanly, but the medical accuracy is your responsibility. We'll ask you to sign off on every page before launch.
We focus on private medical practices, but we've worked with private GP practices that have NHS contracts and with consultants who have substantive NHS roles alongside private lists. The website is for the private side; we don't try to replace the NHS.uk infrastructure.
Five-minute form. We'll come back within one working day with a recommended package, a proposed timeline, and a kick-off call slot.
We build clean, fast, conversion-focused websites for UK private medical practices. Fixed pricing, two-week launches, no agency theatre.
Most private medical practices in the UK launch with a website that costs too much, takes too long, and ends up locked into an agency relationship the practice can't easily exit. The agency builds something the practice doesn't fully own, on a platform only the agency can manage, with content the agency wrote that nobody can edit.
Doctor Websites is the opposite of that arrangement. Fixed pricing, fast turnaround, full ownership. You buy the package; you get the website; you go on with your clinical practice.
Doctor Websites is one of three trading names operated by Micker Brook Ltd, the company behind the DoctorSupport network. The other two are Doctor Business (publication and product library on the commercial side of UK medicine) and Doctor Accounting (bookkeeping and software setup for UK private medical practices). The three brands share an audience — UK doctors and practices facing the commercial side of clinical practice for the first time — and were built to sit alongside each other. Doctor Business teaches the substance; Doctor Websites builds the digital presence; Doctor Accounting runs the books.
The network is small and intentional. We don't run anything we can't run well, and we'd rather operate three focused brands than a sprawling group of mediocre ones.

The terms governing your engagement with Doctor Websites, the trading name of Micker Brook Ltd.
When you sign our project brief and pay the 50% deposit, a contract is formed for us to deliver the website package agreed in that brief, on the timeline agreed in that brief, for the price agreed in that brief.
The brief defines what's in scope. Anything outside it is an additional engagement at our hourly rate (£90/hour) and requires separate agreement before work begins. We don't drift; you don't get a surprise invoice.
50% deposit on brief signature. 50% on launch. UK consumer law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) applies where you're buying as a consumer; standard B2B terms apply where you're buying through a registered company or partnership.
On completion of payment, you own the domain, the design, the code, and the content. We retain no rights to your site beyond a non-exclusive right to mention it in our portfolio (which you can opt out of in writing).
We'll take reasonable care to make sure your site works, is accessible, and complies with UK GDPR/PECR at launch. We're not your legal advisor, your medical regulator, or your IT department — and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
You can cancel a project before kick-off for a full refund. After kick-off, the deposit is non-refundable, but we'll deliver everything we've completed up to the point of cancellation.
